How can I place an online order?

  1. Add your orders to shopping cart

  2. Go to Check out

  3. Select your method of payment and delivery, and arrange payment

  4. An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address.  Please ensure your email address is inputted correctly.

  5. Once parcel are shipped, a delivery note along with courier tracking number will be sent to your email address

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer -

FREE delivery for orders $200 or above by 1) delivery to office and residential address in non remote area, and 2) self-pick up at designated collection points

Orders below $200 can be arranged by courier delivered to your door OR Self pick up at designated collection points.   Courier charges will be paid to courier by customer upon delivery or pick up.  

How is delivery arranged?

We offer below delivery options, click on below links for instructions :

  1. Delivery to door - Office and residential address in non-remote area (free for orders $200 or above)

  2. Self pick up at designated collection points (free for orders $200 or above) 

Orders below $200 will be charged a delivery fee of $30, or by collect payment.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Local courier 

For orders made with online payments (Stripe - visa/ master card, PayPal), parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days after an order is placed.

For orders with offline payments (ATM transfer, PayMe), parcels are delivered within 3-5 working days after payment is confirmed received. 

*  We seek for your kind understanding that there may be delays in times of peak season during festivities and COVID-19 pandemic,

* Once delivery is made, a shipment notice with tracking number will be sent to your email, can track your order with the courier provider on delivery progress.

※ Delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm warning is hosted, for safety reason.  We seek for your kind understanding.

※ Please ensure your delivery information including cell phone, email, delivery address are correct to ensure timely delivery.  

※ Buyer will need to bear all related surcharges in event parcel is returned to sender, and parcel needs to be resent due to incorrect contact and delivery information provided by the Buyer.

What should I do if my order is not yet delivered?

Please email or whatsapp us if you have not received a delivery note with tracking number when order is placed 6 working days or longer for SF Express; or 4 weeks for Ala Bee Express.  If you have already received a delivery note with tracking number, please contact S.F. Express or Ala Bee Express on status of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept both online and offline payments :


ONLINE PAYMENT We accept credit card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.

✓ 4% transaction charges will be waived during promotion period


OFFLINE PAYMENT We accept payments via ATM transfer and PayMe.  Your order will be processed once we confirm receipt of your payment.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
